“I have to praise One Plus. I always wanted a foldable phone and since I had a one plus 6t before and loved it I decided to go with the OnePlus Open. It was amazing to unbox and I loved it from the start The tech is awesome and the images are incredible. It is super thin and everyone thinks it's just a regular phone until I open it up and then they're just amazed. I am an artist and I'm able to take the best digital photos of my art that are printable with this new camera easily. I also love the split screen feature which lets me do orders and banking and look at employee schedules all in one screen. After about 4 months I found dead pixels on the front of my screen. I called one plus and they told me to send it back. They sent me a shipping label. I sent them my phone on a Thursday I shipped it, and on Tuesday morning it was back in my hands and working and the entire screen was fixed and the phone was running better than before. I can't say enough about their customer service and their tech crew. Thank you so much One Plus I love my phone!”

“I broke my OnePlus 3 screen and I was able to send it to Poland (Where they have they Customer Support centre) and back, fixed, under 10 days at a considerably less expensive price that all of the other options... Awesome service!”
