Sent a new phone back and they kept it and refused to refund me. I had to dispute it through the bank. I won.

Scam,scam,scam.....the customer service is based out of India.....I think, and they are nothing but a fraud, scam , liars, I don't see them staying in business much longer......scam, scam, scam................I was told I would get $110 on my old phone trade in, the phone was in awesome shape, upon inspection on it the price was downgraded to zero. After my repeated requests to send me my old phone beck interestingly enough they wouldn't do it......Amature thief's at best

SCAM! FRUAD SCAM! FRAUD! BEWARE! Unprofessional customer service. Never Received any product. Contacted customer service more than 18 times in the last three weeks. Every time you contact they lie. I asked for many items, including the submitted MPS form. Even reported Police and submitted a police report. But these guys are purely SCAMMERS. They only take the money, never give a product, or do not give you money back. You only work with your credit card company if they give back. I am taking legal steps and working to expose these guys.

This is A real Shocker for me after Purchase of 1 plus LED 50 INCH U SERIES. I had purchased in March this year and by end of August it went Bad on its own. When contacted Customer care i was told to wait for 24 hours which ultimately turned into 48 hours wait and after that also , there was no Solution to my problem. Staff is very arrogant and unfriendly. They have no solution to your problems and would let you on hold for hours. Now it's been 10 days almost i am not helped and still waiting for resolution. Daily being given new email id to report issue.

The customer services are worst! It's been 2 months, my problem has not been resolved yet. Calling again and again and still nothing is happening is frustrating and disappointing. Worst services ever.

I have been buying OnePlus phones since 2014-2015 and there's always been minor bugs but nothing major. However, as the phones get newer the bugs seems to get worse. I bought a new OnePlus 9 Pro and it's incredibly buggy to the point where even normal cell phone functions (i.e. phone calls, voicemail, messaging, and photos) all have some type of negative issue. The customer support team told me they'd send me some materials and instructions so I can mail the phone back and get it fixed or possibly get a new one free of charge... that was back in March and still waiting for the resolution.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ONE PLUS SUPPORT - DRAMA QUEENS OR MALES FINALLY AFTER 2 WEEKS FOLLOW UP MY ISSUE AINT RESOLVED THEY BETA AROUND BUSH CANNOT SUPPORT IPHONE USERS OR DESKTOP WHATS APP CHAT SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE BUT NONE OF THEM GIVE SOLUTION - ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY FOR NOTHING AT ALL Staines Steward. I,ll watch too many videos of oneplus 9 water test, in video that perform excellent then i'll buy after seeing this but after 2 months later my phone dropped in water bucket by huge mistake then i take it out in 3 seconds, then the phone goes dead, it's too shocking experience for me, how it's dead suddenly in 3-4 sec in water? i can't digest this incident!

All of the other reviews are correct. If you need your phone repaired you have to send it to them for 2 weeks, without a replacement or loaner phone. Also you have to pay for repairs then YOU have to send the receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Save your sanity and money and go somewhere more legit.

AWFUL... TRULY AWFUL... Ordered a pair of headphones, 4 weeks still nothing... Chatted to online staff, no answers, just its on the way... Another week goes by, nothing!! Back onto online staff, they cant help, cant pass me to a manager... then after 2 hours, yes two hours of chatting to online staff... I get put onto a manager... who apologies and offers me 10 dollars as compensation for long delays.... LOLOL as if I'd shop in One Plus again... so 10000 dollars be no good to me... especially when they cant even get a paid of headphones delivered!!! Truly shocking and awful service No legal department!! No complaints department!! Refund demanded then, another 7 days wait... Avoid one plus... poor poor comapnt.... poor customer service Never shopping at One Plus again!!! Stay away everyone!!!

OnePlus customer service is terrible. I purchased 6 phones from them since the start and didn't have to it use their customer service before until now as all the cables they provided malfunctioned and I could not charged my phones. There was no visible damage to the cables but they wanted me make a 30 second video made of the cables. They act like they are a quality brand but there cables are not. I spent a good amount of money with them and they are so cheap they can't even a provide a replacement cable to charge your device. 7 cables purchased and every one malfunctioned that's not a coincidence. WARNING do not purchase from OnePlus!!! Premium price but substandard equipment

Earlier I was an IOS user. I bought Oneplus 2 years before within 2 years span of my purchase my display stopped working 2 times. I had the worst experience with this brand. I will not recommend anyone to go with this brand better go with the iPhone or any other brand.

This is a SCAM! Please don't buy from them. I purchased a new phone 11 from them and had to send in for repair. I shipped it to Dallas TX and it somehow got lost during shipping??? After several times contact Oneplus they said I need to send in my proof that I shipped, and UPS said it was shipped and process a refund of the device. After several attempts to resolve issue, they said I need a police report and have my IMEI blocked I did get a police report after they laughed at me. I keep complying what they want. Still keep saying it has been escalated to higher lever and still won't either send a phone or refund my money that was given by UPS. I will probably be out the phone and money. I have always loved their products; this is unacceptable support. I am not the only one has had the same issue with the support.

The new software update makes navigating even more convoluted. When you access your photos it's not just a layout of all your photos, thee software organizes them for you in however it seems fit. you can't change this option.

After sales service is very bad I have given my earphones to service centre and they misplaced my earphones and service centre is telling me that we are escalating your case. From last 1.5 month At last I’ll say that after sales service and customer care persons are not trained please don’t buy one plus products
