When Krissy launched her brand I wanted to give it a chance. I made a purchase some months ago and the return process took 2 MONTHS until they gave me a gift card. I lost my oportunity to invest this money in another order with products that I wanted to try BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF STOCK IN THE MEANTIME,.and, today, five months afterwards they are still OUT OF STOCK in almost everything. Today I purchased "something" just to get rid of this gift card already. I want nothing to do with this company.”
“I love the clothes it’s my new favorite brand but it’s very frustrating when you only take in a few items per time, it’s sells out so fast and you have to buy many clothes at one time otherwise you will not get anything. And that is very expensive and frustrating”
“I had 31,600 Oner Points at checkout (I redeemed 30,000 points) but they somehow got lost because the 30,000 points changed my order's final amount to less than 100 euros and then 6,90 euros was added for shipping. To correct this I then removed the already redeemed points so that I could go back and change the amount of points that I wanted to use but the points were already lost and my total points were at 1,600. So I lost about 15 euros in the process.”
