“Don't phone them on Monday Morning - Sales staff too swamped getting weekend parts orders out to be of maximum help. Once you get through to them on a Tuesday or Wednesday - much more helpful!”

“I gave them a 4 cause new to the company.....but will say it was here 2 days, and went in easy to, so happy with part Starter motor, and was ok to get in. as I am not a mechanic, but thanks to my dad, mr google and mr you tube awesome teachers....lol...I thought i would not get it on. So proud of my self, loan to get it off. But yes I got it on...and I am a women..... Thank You onlineautoparts. Just wondering where do you get the coupon from...”
