Your search app is hopeless, it's easier to buy parts at other places.You require lots of info,still come up with 0 parts available, areal time waster. Maybe my cars are too old?Mostly I buy from ebay adds,your Web site usually just wastes my time,I have more success with phone orders,which means you do have the parts,just can't them online! I like to compare prices before buying.Please sort out your part searcher,one more unsuccessful search will be the last time I try online! Ken.

I tried to order the part and your computer said it did not fit and trying to stop me ordering it. The part number matches the part on my car and it matches so obviously your computer is wrong.

Purchased a starter motor for cheap. Unfortunately they sent the wrong starter motor. They did refund me for the starter motor but didn't have the decency to refund my express postage. As they say you get what you pay for. Your far better off going to repco at least you can see what your getting. I would not purchase from here again.

Received wrong product, no apologies whatsoever though I was told they are the same but in the website they are 2 separate listings for them. Am happy to get the price difference credited back to my credit card but because itโ€™s only 2 dollars the staff member rudely explained that it will cost the company 30 just to process it so be happy for a store credit. Not a very good experience for a first transaction

The ordering process is over convoluted......why can't I just search part put in in shopping and proceed to payment....log into PayPal and pay......your present system has put me off quite a few times.....the process was to hard so I went elsewhere. ie. EBay..... I like to buy items and pay.....not really interested in signing up and having password....etc....you have to make it easier or people will get annoyed and go elsewhere. Dave

First off my anti virus program kept blocking your site because you have not updated your web site certificate; which I find unbelievable! Second issue was the fact that numerous times I endeavoured to edit my address in the checkout screen and also the details under my account; both of which kept defaulting to changing the collection point- NOT THE BLOODY ADDRESS LINES!!! The only way I managed to get around this was to add an entirely new address and then choose it as my primary address. I then deleted the 2 previous addresses, both of which were incorrect! User friendly NO Intuitive NO. My basis for commenting- I studdied computer programming with an advanced certificate in data processing and supplied commercial computer systems for 18 years- whoever developed your site left several glaring oversights in it, possible bugs and a lack of simple common sense. Update your blasted web certification!!!

Went online a month ago to source the parts that I required. Last night spent a bit over three-quarters of an hour trying to buy the parts online, the system kept stating the parts would not fit my Mazda 3. The system had all the details of the cart so it should have been a simple job to source the right part. Gave up in the end as I could not find the parts I wanted. Phoned the Brisbane office Saturday morning to find that the computer system had a glitch that the IT people had not fixed. Ordered parts online Saturday, system stated the parts would not fit a Toyota, oh my god, the parts are for a Mazda 3, now awaiting delivery. I have ordered parts previously with no issues and would order again. Just wish the company had put up a message saying they were having issues with the system.

G'Day I would just like to let you know I orded a part on 14 06 2023 H492884 I was advised the order had been shipped on the 16 06 2023 I have not yet received this order I have contacted australia post with no result I have also spoken to yuor office on your 1300 656 228 number on 30 06 2023 at 15:50 I am still waiting for a reply. The part is for my work vehicle and I have had to borrow a vehicle so I can go about my work

Incredibly complex and time consuming way to order parts. Very long winded order process and requirement to enter personal contact details, which should not be necessary when using paypal. Hopefully actual dispatch service will be better and product good quality otherwise will not use again. You really need to simplify process and stop trying to get customers to sign up for e mails and extended payment deals etc etc etc.

Good afternoon, I recently bought a tie rod end kit plus a steering damper from this site. Every tie rod had TOO many threads and had to be shortened to fit into the vehicle. ALSO you guys sent me 1 wrong tie rod, u supplied 3 with just the balljoint and only 1 with the ball and an eye, shouldve been 2 and 2. I was only able to get 90% of the job done. Below is a photo of the part i require and the 1 you sent me. Pretty disappointed never had wrong parts sent through before, although 70% of what i get sent needs to be modified in some way.

they dont know what they doing, they advertised a part they said was for my car and i purchased it to find out its not even for my car then they made me pay to return it and short changed me never buy from here again!

This is why we have not covered postage charges, it was not listed incorrectly, it was selected incorrectly.
