My gaskets were packed loosely and were torn. Unnecessary nuisance.

order placed 27/10/2019 tracking No wrong still not arrived 07/11 very poor service.have not heard from you. Last order arrived within 2 days will not recommend you,not likely to use you again. why so slow and lack of correspondence from you. Arthur

Disappointed that the initial checkout screen shows postage as 5.49 but after that postage inflates to 10.49. Poor show really!

Hi, there are instances when the website does automatically show a default shipping price (for Virginia 4014). This can happen when clicking through from a custom Quote or from one of our Cart recovery emails. This 'default' is updated as soon as you put in your actual required shipping address. Our developers will be solving this in the future to remove any 'default' example cost which can be a little confusing.

I purchased 2 sets of brake pads for my rav4. One set came perfectly fine. The other was set backwards. When I mailed about the issue with photos I never received a response. Not even an offer to replace or refund the item. Very poor service. Won’t be purchasing from your store again.

Received the wrong part due to a packaging error. Was told I’d receive a return paid parcel to send parts back for refund and have received no such parcel or follow up.

Supplied incorrect parts even after a lot of back & forth ensuring EVERY single detail of the vehicle was 100% correct. First & last transaction as it's just not worth the headache trying to get incorrect parts swapped over/credited!

I paid for express delivery, it took over a week, no one would take responsibility, was fobbed off between supplier, DHL & local courier. Asked for a refund on express delivery charges, got ignored.

Order the parts you want go to check out and there out of stock time after time frustrating. Go back the next day and there back in stock how maybe.
