“Only started using this supplier and in making a comparison between their online web service and their Ebay service, online here is much cheaper and much much easier to navigate to find parts. On Ebay, OLAP consistently came out cheaper in a price-point comparison. That said, my first purchase was large and heavy and as I needed the items 'yesterday' I chose EXPRESS overnight postage. Tracking was slow and the details did not update until the items had virtually been delivered, which appears to be an AUSPOST problem. The driver, who was probably very busy did not stay around long enough for me to answer the door and I needed to collect the parcel from the local Post Office. When I picked the parcel up the box that it had been packed in had split wide open from what looks like a drop and the couple of loose items had been shoved back in the opening. Packaging was very poor and the very small amount cushioning material were not enough and the large metal items were free to move about in the box, which is most likely why the box had been dropped, as the couriers would not have been able to judge were the actual weight was inside the box and where best to grip it without the items shifting. OLAP offer a great price-point service and these days, as garage labor is so expensive, swapping out the parts as opposed to having them repaired makes a lot of sense. They just needs to get their packaging sorted, for the sake of the items, the couriers backs and customer satisfaction.”
