Was Always happy with products and match fit,ordered rear axle bearing kit and was sent wrong bearing and seal kit.made a phone call to customer service and said had the same problem with someone else with the same kit.called on the Saturday was told would talk to the manager and ring me back on the Monday to resolve issue .never heard back from anyone.went to Autobarn and got the parts i needed as my vehicle was left on stands and needed transport for work.was very disappointed.

I like your parts and your website but Australia post is letting you down. I think you need to look at a different freight company. 9 days for delivery theses days is not acceptable

i feel having to register all my details an invasion of privacy,considering what happens on the net these days..tried to buy as GUEST but would not allow me..they need to be more like a spare parts shop rather than IONFO COLLECTOR to hound people as they feel ..

I have been using onlineautoparts for many years but have noticed recently a huge increase in price in many cases more expensive than genuine dealer prices eg i was quoted $240 for a chinese copy master cylinder for a ba falcon i then bought a genuine pbr one from ford for $260 and this is happening more and more ,you used to be cheap

I'm able to list my car, if I set model PX3 it changed the motor from a 3.2 to the 2.2 If I put the year in it changes from 6 speed auto to 10 speed, its frustrating to have to email every time I want to purchase something for my car as I'm now given 2 different part numbers from 2 of your sales people, I managed to work out the right one Can please be fixed

I have no issue with products generally. When ordering some times freight price shown with product changes when ordering part.Sent an email complaining of issue but fell on deaf ears as received no reply. Must not like honest feedback complaints.
