Online and phone assistance were great however postcode failed to find delivery location and payment had me going back and forthto get throught to final payment. Yet to find payment and order confirmation.

Sir/Madam, It has just taken 20 minutes to complete my order for a windscreen washer pump for my 2005 Camry. So much nonsense, in finally being to pay by Paypal. If I could have nominated Paypal early in the process, my address etc would have been provided! Bernie

Why don't you sell diesel oil? I appreciate all the filters that you provide for my 2016 NX Pajero 4WD however it would be more cost effective to provide the oil in 20L drum so that my order can be completed.... Now I have to go to another website provider to obtain this. Please call me on 0408112168 Thank you

using your screen for purchasing should have quantity option on first page, one has to navigate to end before they know if they can change the quantity. otherwise no trouble

There is no need to have company as mandatory entry and It didn't pick up on my home phone number for some reason. I can only write acceptable since I only just placed the order and haven't recieved it yet.

The vehicle details system you have is unworkable It did not have the correct field details for my vehicle, & did not allow me to enter the correct details. The feature that for some reason drops off the previously entries, is about the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced. Apart from these problems, the experience would have been very good. Hoping you fix this. Bob Scott

Good range and prices for parts I was looking for. Unfortunately some parts weren't in stock, but in COVID times, you have to expect this. Bizarre experience trying to pay as a guest user. Simply couldn't do it. Eventually had to sign on to their system, and still couldn't purchase. They did get back to me quickly when I emailed them about it, but weren't able to do much. Tried re-setting my password and that didn't work. Eventually, somehow, and I'm really not sure how, I got through accidentally, and paid for my order. Used them before with no issues, so just have to put it down to Gremlins!
