Just received a timing kit for a Toyota Hilux RN105 no joining link so the kit is useless. This is the second time a kit from Online Auto Parts that has arrived incomplete. I will not use this company again. Their systems and quality control have proven to be substandard. Very disappointed.

Wrong size nuts for the bolts. Meant to be 12mm but got given 13mm. Threaded everything and I’m not happy.

Poor service from this company re deliveries, i will not use them again, the item i ordered was dearer than others but i thought i was getting the item in 1-3 working days, after chasing i have been advised its 1-3 working days to do paperwork and then 4-6 working days for product to come from Germany. Avoid at all cost !!

Today I called to ask a question about a part for my vehicle at 12:28 and I spoke to someone I’m sure he said he’s name was josh and was a bit rude I have used online auto parts but after today I think I will not I’m not happy about mistreatment to customers

Have been buying off Autoparts online for years great products. Their online purchasing system is a nightmare. Spent 45 minutes last night in their website couldn't find what I wanted, got smart at 5am and googled 100 series landcruiser fuel filters up they came it took me another 45 minutes to get the order in. I didn't bother trying to get the air filter as well. Yes I am an old dinosaur but I buy quite a bit online without problems.

Don't fit even after doing the online match fit garentie to fit & clip damaged when box opened wrong parts. Happy they gave a refund in the end after supplying car information so will be using the site again when needed 😊

Hello Thanks for getting in touch. With the bearing you have purchased we have two different options, a heavy duty and a standard option. This is why they are different prices. This is noted in the description of each listing.

Ordered over $500 in parts, had a parcel turn up, half the parts weren't in the parcel. Rang them up, asked if there was a second parcel, no.. told them half the order isn't here, they just moved me around from manager to manager, avoided the issue, blamed me for losing parts, i sent them photo evidence of the parcel, half the box was filled with their branded plastic air bags that fill the gaps, they still just ignored my calls or emails, opened a case through PayPal to get my money back, they rang me and offered a bank transfer refund of approx 1/4 of the money I'd lost... Just disgusting customer service and zero care that I had paid for parts I never recieved. I refused dodgy refund, leaving it for PayPal to sort out.. they stopped responding to me and just hoping I'd go away.. thank goodness I paid through PayPal, got a refund, still never heard back from Online Auto Parts.

In regard to your feedback, I can see our team has been in touch with you. Our warehouses have packing cameras that can be used to check exactly what was packed and shipped. In this case, there was one item that was not packed and our team has offered to send this part, but this was not required and as such a refund was processed for this item. The other parts were all packed and shipped, as per our staff's communication with you. It would be very easy for a customer to claim something was not shipped, which is why we have the packing cameras that record all items packed and the packaging used. As mentioned before, the one item that was not packed has been refunded, as a replacement was not required.

Thanks for your feedback. In regard to this feedback, the order was placed on Saturday 27/01/2024. We do not have the ability to ship on weekends, and as such the order was dispatched the next business day, Monday 29/01/24. This was sent on express post and weas delivered 12.26pm Wednesday 31/01/24, well within the express post timeframe of 1-3 business days.

Your site is the most difficult I have ever used. When I tried to purchase as a visitor it insisted I sign up, so I did, then when i tried to log in it said my email and or password did not exist, so I went back to purchase as a visitor and was told my email was related to an account so I had ti log in and was told my email and or password did not exist. I had to use a different email to get through as a visitor

From what we can tell, the incorrect email address was being used which is what was causing the issue with logging in. If you input the incorrect email address, the website will give an error, this is to protect the information related to your membership. I cant believe it took 5 days to activate the postage from all places Melbourne and i live in Queensland and thete is an office in Banyo. If i knew I could score you 1/2 star I would. Someone needs a new job

You state: Black Friday Sale 20% off storewide - really. I tried to buy a part - wheel bearing for my toyota hi-lux ute - but no 20% discount..... just a 5% members discount. Is this what false and misleading advertising is?
