“I ordered a part from Online Auto Parts, but they sent the wrong item. I contacted them several times to explain the mistake and request a solution, but I received no response. Customer service has been extremely poor, and it's frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve an issue that was not my fault. I expected better communication and support after the sale. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and will think twice before ordering from them again.”

“Bought a rear bearing kit for my cruiser. Came without racers or Axle seals. Can buy Axle at my local. Cant buy other racers. Have to buy whole kit. Contacted the office at Online Autos and told them and got nothing back. No good.”

“Ordered 6 glow plugs for jeep, site was easy to use and delivery was good, then everthing went downhill, after putting in plugs and replacing every thing back, not an easy task, still had warning light on,another trip to auto electrician showed one new plug was open circuit, stripped all stuff out of the way and removed number 5 plug and found it tested open. i rang Auto parts and spoke to two people who were not very helpfull,insisting i produce proof of failure NOT HAPPY sent email with video showing faulty plug,i ended up sending this video four times and kept being told not received,i have sent this to three other people no problems. I have been very patient waiting for a replacement, if this is normal procedure i could not recomend this company.I am 79 years old and have been using on line companies for a while and this is the worst i have been treated i still have a car in bits waiting for one dam plug!!”

“Just received a timing kit for a Toyota Hilux RN105 no joining link so the kit is useless. This is the second time a kit from Online Auto Parts that has arrived incomplete. I will not use this company again. Their systems and quality control have proven to be substandard. Very disappointed.”
