“Just received a timing kit for a Toyota Hilux RN105 no joining link so the kit is useless. This is the second time a kit from Online Auto Parts that has arrived incomplete. I will not use this company again. Their systems and quality control have proven to be substandard. Very disappointed.”

“Poor service from this company re deliveries, i will not use them again, the item i ordered was dearer than others but i thought i was getting the item in 1-3 working days, after chasing i have been advised its 1-3 working days to do paperwork and then 4-6 working days for product to come from Germany. Avoid at all cost !!”

“Have been buying off Autoparts online for years great products. Their online purchasing system is a nightmare. Spent 45 minutes last night in their website couldn't find what I wanted, got smart at 5am and googled 100 series landcruiser fuel filters up they came it took me another 45 minutes to get the order in. I didn't bother trying to get the air filter as well. Yes I am an old dinosaur but I buy quite a bit online without problems.”
