Really bad service im not happy with there service and they send the package with fastway this name should be change as slow way they never deliver my parcel very bad

I spent the last 15 minutes looking for something as simple as an oil filter for my Jeep. It didn't matter how many times I would filter the search for a jeep, it would come up with petrol filters ( I have a diesel). filters that didn't even belong to a Jeep. I then tried the function that allows you to see what parts are available for my car, and guess what...same story. What is the point of filling out the details of my car for the search function, if the parts being listed clearly are not related. How frustrating!

Absolutely horrible experience when ordering. Ordering should be simple! I was receiving questions, pop-ups, etc. I would never order anything here again. I want to put things to my cart, and pay. Thats it. I dont want to be dealing with some stupid questions and pop-ups. Also I don't want to register so dont push me to register an account. One of the worst ordering system I have seen.

Order parts in which I had to travel an hour to pickup got home to where The person fitting then paying$50 ph only to find they have given me the wrong Part's best they could do was for me to travel down There again in morning peak traffic and swap then for the right ones so now after almost 4.5 hours traveling I have The right ones no discount refund very disappointed The only good thing was the fantastic service I got from the person doing My exchange Right Part's The first time I think they need to change There slogan

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I received a faulty part (a broken tail light cover) and have sent photos (and then videos) to show the damage. online car parts are doing everything they can to avoid the situation and are asking me irrelevant information like whether the car is RHD or LHD - for a tail light cover?? All they need to do is replace the part and send me a returns label. If you have a part that arrives damaged, may your strength be with you with these people. It is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Dealing with the self righteous clerk in the shop was a absolutely painful. Eventually got what I wanted at a higher price than what is quoted- but got them . It's only because I'm out in the Bush that I deal with these guys. Less painful than the dealer at charters towers

Nothing but a let down spent 300+ with them and payed for express post was ment to be here by 3days. 11days later they turned up and with the wrong parts got nothing but excuses when emailing them will never use them again

Front knuckle bearing kit bearings had been opened bearings removed from plastic bags covered in grease and then put back in the kit was sent two new ones but very poor experience to find new parts in that condition

Ordered timing belt and water pump kit, and got wrong timing belt. Took a week to get replacement. In the second shipment, received wrong seals. In total, took almost 3 weeks to get the correct parts. Because I went to the back of the queue each time with the repair shop when I was waiting for parts, took 7 weeks to do a one day job. Won't order again...
