So disappointed I brought a radiator and the fins came damaged, there was nothing to protect the radiator during delivery it was just in a box no bubble wrap or anything. I don’t have time or money to send it back so hopefully it will be fine.

BEWARE!!! Charging GST on exports BEWARE!!, These guy charge GST on items that are exported, when the law states that they should not. Johno and Michael both shown a copy of the relevant government requirement, but refuse to deduct the GST. RIP OFF!!

Hello John, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, while we do not charge Australian GST on overseas orders, there are GST charges that are imposed by local authorities. This is especially the case for orders that are exported to New Zealand. New Zealand requires that we collect New Zealand GST for orders that are shipped to New Zealand. This is law that we have to abide by and cannot circumvent. Apologies that we cannot be more help.

Sorry guys , brought your rotor kits for a BA Falcon , Rotors are good but the Pads, Yuk , there noisey , on the box it says low dust ( Compared to what a coal mine) , a month after fitting these i went and brought a set of Bendix Std pads , Noise gone , dust gone

Beware gas strut sent out missing end cap not fit for purpose no quality control bought through ebay online contacted said that the parts are checked before they are sent out no reply as to why this has happened contacted consumer affairs about this matter they will be in touch not suitable for the application and not of merchantable quality

Your website is very difficult to navigate. 1. Could not change vehicle model for product. 2 PayPal payment significantly mor e diiicult to perform. More than any other payment I often use. 3. The initial bring up add for product did not translate to vehicle application. Ititial add stated product suitable for Ford AU falcon, however the add once I visited your site did not confirm vehicle subject of purchase. Site kept stating that product was not suitable for Ford Escort. I have previously bought products for the Escort. Impossible to conduct further information relevant to the AU 1999 Ford Falcon I need the product for. Any attempt to change it to the required model was unsuccessful. I buy many on line products - yours was the most difficult and frustrating I have ever experienced. I will allow response prior to review.

How can you expect to sell parts with only the picture of a box. I bought a radiator hose which had no description of the item other than measurements which matched mine but when it arrived was completely different. First and last time I use onlineautoparts. I might as well have just threw $25 in the bin. 48 hours to get a response on a part is a joke. How hard is it to include a picture of what you're selling.

Delivery is absolutely shocking, there was supposedly stock on the shelf of the item I wanted. I ordered quickly based on this, I also express posted the item as I am stuck out west until I can get the part to get my car going again. I ordered the item on the Monday, and it didn’t leave them until at least the Thursday, it is now the following Monday and I am still waiting for the part to arrive.

In this case, while the part was available, dispatch was delayed as the part is kept offsite. I can see that the parcel was dispatched 23/09/2021 and delivered 29/09/2021. Purchased a full Commando suspension for my Patrol and with less the 9000 k's the front shockie's gave out , took them out and the where seized and I also notice the front steering damper leaking oil. Now I am worried about the back two shockies .I wouldn't recommend Commando to anyone

I am so disappointed with the company and the customer service that Online Auto Parts has given... or not given should I say!! My mobile mechanic spent 3.5 hours pulling parts out my car only to realise that when installing a part that I had bought from ‘Online Auto Parts’ actually is faulty and was sent to me faulty. It was followed up with a video of the part that was sure enough, confirmed by the guys at Online auto parts as; faulty!! Yet No one want to take any responsibility for this. All they are offering is an exchange for a new part. What about the labour cost for my mechanic? Well they’re not covering the labour and can only refund the part. My mechanic charge my for 4 hours of labour, and now I have to get him again to fix it with the new part and pay for labour and new part again. Long chats with the sales team finished by them telling me buying parts from Online auto part is to “take a chance”. I’m highly disappointed with the quality of the product, the lack of good fair quality service and especially for an Australian company. Definitley would not recommend to a friend!!

I ordered a pair of indicators for a hj47 and paid for express post it never arrived the tracking number showed it was sent back and I can’t get a refund until they get them back which is out of my hands because aus post is their carrier I didn’t get a say in them being returned I have since brought another pair but still no refund

i ordered the same slave clutch cylinder before and got one for a later model !!!! instead for landcruiser 1982 i got one for1987-89

I can see that an inquiry came through blank and that one of our staff responded via email to get some more information on the 16th of December. I have checked the tracking and can see that the parcel was processed by air carrier 17/12/2020. Unfortunately at this time of year, parcels can be delayed due to the high volumes of parcels being sent, however I would expect your parcel to be delivered soon.
