Ordered over $500 in parts, had a parcel turn up, half the parts weren't in the parcel. Rang them up, asked if there was a second parcel, no.. told them half the order isn't here, they just moved me around from manager to manager, avoided the issue, blamed me for losing parts, i sent them photo evidence of the parcel, half the box was filled with their branded plastic air bags that fill the gaps, they still just ignored my calls or emails, opened a case through PayPal to get my money back, they rang me and offered a bank transfer refund of approx 1/4 of the money I'd lost... Just disgusting customer service and zero care that I had paid for parts I never recieved. I refused dodgy refund, leaving it for PayPal to sort out.. they stopped responding to me and just hoping I'd go away.. thank goodness I paid through PayPal, got a refund, still never heard back from Online Auto Parts.

In regard to your feedback, I can see our team has been in touch with you. Our warehouses have packing cameras that can be used to check exactly what was packed and shipped. In this case, there was one item that was not packed and our team has offered to send this part, but this was not required and as such a refund was processed for this item. The other parts were all packed and shipped, as per our staff's communication with you. It would be very easy for a customer to claim something was not shipped, which is why we have the packing cameras that record all items packed and the packaging used. As mentioned before, the one item that was not packed has been refunded, as a replacement was not required.

I ordered a windowswitch and I paid extra for the express delivery but it didn’t came in time, money waste..

Thanks for your feedback. In regard to this feedback, the order was placed on Saturday 27/01/2024. We do not have the ability to ship on weekends, and as such the order was dispatched the next business day, Monday 29/01/24. This was sent on express post and weas delivered 12.26pm Wednesday 31/01/24, well within the express post timeframe of 1-3 business days.

Your site is the most difficult I have ever used. When I tried to purchase as a visitor it insisted I sign up, so I did, then when i tried to log in it said my email and or password did not exist, so I went back to purchase as a visitor and was told my email was related to an account so I had ti log in and was told my email and or password did not exist. I had to use a different email to get through as a visitor

Hello John, I believe one of our staff was assisting you one the phone with this issue. From what we can tell, the incorrect email address was being used which is what was causing the issue with logging in. If you input the incorrect email address, the website will give an error, this is to protect the information related to your membership. I cant believe it took 5 days to activate the postage from all places Melbourne and i live in Queensland and thete is an office in Banyo. If i knew I could score you 1/2 star I would. Someone needs a new job

Hello James, The order was dispatched from Melbourne due to our Virginia branch running out of stock. This was done in order to expedite your order. We do apologise for the delay, but at this time of year it is common for there to be delivery delays as a result of increased demand on the network. I can see that the parcel has now been delivered. You state: Black Friday Sale 20% off storewide - really. I tried to buy a part - wheel bearing for my toyota hi-lux ute - but no 20% discount..... just a 5% members discount. Is this what false and misleading advertising is?

I bought a product 17 August. The website said it would fit my car. It didn't. On 27 August, I wrote to sales@onlineautospares.com.au asking how I could return the product. I did not receive a reply. On 4 September, I wrote again asking for a response. I did not receive a reply. In frustration, I wrote a review of the product hoping illicit response. On 5 September, they replied to my review saying that - wait for it - I should write to sales@onlineautospares.com.au. So I did so for a third time on 8 September. I did not receive a reply. It is now 12 September. This is seriously bad service.

Parts go missing and no one want's to take reasonability. Don't use Express Post also as it makes no difference to getting it.

Very lousy experience, totally wrong parts delivered, even with the parts guarantee assurance. First operator didn't return the call she promised. Second operator didn't send the quote she promised. Third operator did send quote, but somehow the price had jumped $120 more than the original price. Seriously considering using the local parts guys and buying across the counter, very poor first experience.

Quick delivery Poor quality parts - aftermarket cheap Taiwanese molds that were so poorly designed that they didn't fit. Makes a good case for just getting oem in the first instance. But the cheaply designed products were also cheaply priced.

Sent wrong boot struts! I researched my vehicle model and year Used that to initiate my purchase for boot struts Put my model, year and advised that that the vehicle does not have a spoiler. Parts sent were for the two models prior and with a spoiler In discussions with the sender I sent the part page I ordered fro so there could be no argument They wanted me to send the part back from another state shich I previously purchased it from for them to send the correct part I Kew what I needed and I k is my car details so I sent correctly Not my bad Big business error little guys loss Will spread the word!

Hello David, I can see from the order, that the part selected when the order was placed were for BA-BF Falcon models with spoiler. As this is what was selected when the order was placed, this is what has been sent. There is indeed a different listing for the FG series for models without spoiler. In this case, it looks like the wrong listing was selected when the order was placed. If you are ever in doubt about fitment of the parts, please don't hesitate to contact us to verify before placing your order.

Absolutely appauling, they sent me a faulty product than when sent back they said it was not faulty and refused to refund me my money for my product, no not buy from here, website is a fake fraudulent site.

Found item to be poor fitment. With oem I never need to use sealant, this kit leaks, even with good quality sealant. The main outer gasket is ok with a blob in the hard corners, but the spark plug seals leak badly. One of my wells was literally full of oil after only a few thousand kms. I ended up buying oem, and have no issues now. I was refunded, but I still had to spend time fixing the problem due to an inferior product.

So disappointed I brought a radiator and the fins came damaged, there was nothing to protect the radiator during delivery it was just in a box no bubble wrap or anything. I don’t have time or money to send it back so hopefully it will be fine.

BEWARE!!! Charging GST on exports BEWARE!!, These guy charge GST on items that are exported, when the law states that they should not. Johno and Michael both shown a copy of the relevant government requirement, but refuse to deduct the GST. RIP OFF!!

Hello John, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, while we do not charge Australian GST on overseas orders, there are GST charges that are imposed by local authorities. This is especially the case for orders that are exported to New Zealand. New Zealand requires that we collect New Zealand GST for orders that are shipped to New Zealand. This is law that we have to abide by and cannot circumvent. Apologies that we cannot be more help.
