I had trouble navigating the web site because I forgot my password. because of my limited computer experience it was difficult for me to then sort things out.

Tried to buy parts late last year. Could not log in to account because could never get email to reset password. Rang several times and tried to get fixed. Had the same problem over Easter. Very frustrating.

Discontinued certain sizes and now make you pay more for tint that isn't worth more .

Hello Curt, Thanks for this feedback I have forwarded it on to our management team. I can see that some of the tint we used to stock became unavailable which is why it had to be discontinued. We always try to make sure we are competitively priced, but in some cases price rises are unavoidable due to cost increases. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of further help.

I have been using online auto parts for years and Finding the correct parts and pricing is great. Although this time ordering and adding a payment was very difficult. The system would not allow me to select a payment method until I logged out of my account and logged back in after selecting parts and checking out.

Been getting parts for years from OnlineAuto, but will stop now because of their below average customer service. Understandable if parts may take a few days to get in but tell the customer if so. Seems always a hassle when on the phone with them too.

My last order was for BOOT gas struts for my Vx Holden.BONNET.... struts were supplied.On receipt of the advice that shipment was ready,Autoparts were Emailed and reminded that boot struts were wanted NOT bonnet struts but I still received ones for the Bonnet

Hi sorry my gasket paper is ripped on delievery and you guys said between the 18th and 19th and your late if I knew that I wouldn’t of went through you guys because I needed to repair my car and injuries could of happened because I expected it when you guys said it would come

Disappointed that the initial checkout screen shows postage as 5.49 but after that postage inflates to 10.49. Poor show really!

Hi, there are instances when the website does automatically show a default shipping price (for Virginia 4014). This can happen when clicking through from a custom Quote or from one of our Cart recovery emails. This 'default' is updated as soon as you put in your actual required shipping address. Our developers will be solving this in the future to remove any 'default' example cost which can be a little confusing.

I purchased 2 sets of brake pads for my rav4. One set came perfectly fine. The other was set backwards. When I mailed about the issue with photos I never received a response. Not even an offer to replace or refund the item. Very poor service. Won’t be purchasing from your store again.
