“I have always been happy with the service & parts from "online". Delivery has always been as estimated, however could you please tell me why stock is available in Virginia Qld yet it's shipped from Melbourne. I live in Maclean, Northern NSW. Previous parts coming from Virginia have taken 3 days yet the last order was shipped from Melbourne on 3rd Jan although stock was available in Virginia. Today is the 9th & I'm supposed to receive my parts today the 9th Jan. This is not a complaint, just an question. Rgds Danny”

“Online Auto Parts always have competitive prices and fast shipping. On the odd occasion I have asked about a parts availability that they don't have listed on their website and have been told they didn't stock it. A little frustrating as I try to be loyal and stick with one company.”
