“Purchased Seattle Ooera Alcina tickets, didn't realize I was rerouted to a ticket reseller and never received the tickets, but money cleared my bank account through PayPal immediately.
Have requested my tickets or an immediate refund multiple times but no response.”
“Don't ever use them; they hijacked my order from Ticketmaster and sold me a $150 ticket for $480. Their customer service and emails make them look legit. But they are wolves dressed as sheep. Look at the BBB site and see the many complaints. They offered BBB to clean up all the complaints and then would contact each customer and resolve the issues!! BBB denied their request.”
“ABSOLUTELY DONOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!
This is a scam site charging 4-5 time prices and making you believe you are on a legit site for venue! Won’t refund tickets even after the are returned!!”
“This company ripped me off for several hundred dollars. They misrepresented the available seats for a concert. On their website they indicated on the seating map that only a few seats were available and the price was expensive. This was a gift for my husband so I bit the bullet and purchased. Then I saw on other sites that there were many seats available. I paid four times the price than the seat next to me. This company should be prosecuted for fraudulent schemes.”
“I paid $664.00 for tickets to a broadway show. I never received the link for the tickets. They have polished BS emails.
My appeal to paypal was denied and I'm out $664.00 NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!”
“SCAM! Not a real business and they sell concert tickets prior to the 180 day dispute time policy.
They send an email saying you have tickets, fake confirmation number and everything.
Why doesn't PayPal block them?”
“On 4/20/23 I ordered tickets on line to the Stewart Owen Dance recital scheduled for 4/22/23 at 8 pm at the Diana Wortham theater in Asheville, North Carolina. I do not know what time of the day I did this. I am 75 years old and am not very proficient at using the internet.
Instead of going to the Diana Wortham web site I went to “Ticket Sales” since it appeared to me that this was where I needed to go – not realizing that this was an entirely different web site.
I entered all the required information for the purchase and received a confirmation screen showing that I owed a total of $288.01. Since the price of each ticket was $98 (I ordered two), I was incensed and immediately called Ticket Sales to ask how they arrived at this total. I reached a call center employee who explained the additional fees that their company charges which brought the total to $288. I informed this person that I wanted to cancel the order. He said that I could not do this. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that I could not speak to a supervisor. All of this occurred within 5 minutes of my original on line order.
On the same day (4/20/23) I called Cardmember Services to dispute the charge. This initiated your request for completion of the Dispute Form
On 4/21/23 at 8 am I received an email from Ticket Sales confirming my purchase and it included a link to download the tickets to my mobile device. I did not do this and did not attend the performance.
I also contacted the Diana Wortham Theater to ensure they knew of the charging practices of Ticket Sales. They informed me that they sell a certain number of tickets to this agency and then have no control over what additional fees are charged.
This is robbery. And, to the benefit of Ticket Sales, the internet is very misleading. I understand that due to my confusion I used Ticket Sales’ web site, but since I called immediately to cancel the order, my request should have been honored.”
“100% scam...they are horrible. Did not receive tickets for 2 events that were ordered the same day. Reported to Better Business Bureau and Paypal... nothing can be done. They need to be shut down...NOW. SCUM”
“This is a SCAM! Do not use! I purchased tickets through
Tickets-Center.com for Incubus in Colorado Springs. I paid $269 and immediately received a message stating my order had been received and tickets would be transferred to me before the concert. Soon after, I received another e-mail that said I would receive more information once my order processed, it even gave me an order #. Within a few hours, I received a 3rd email stating that my mobile electronic transfer tickets had been transferred to me and that an email notification from their team or box office would now be in my inbox and that I had to accept the tickets before the event. I did not receive this email.
I did a chat session with Aryan, he asked for my order number and email associated with the order. Next he confirmed that he saw the tickets for Incubus, etc. (so clearly could see my information and the order since he knew the concert without me giving him that information). Then he asked if I had logged into my TicketMaster account and if I did that, I might be able to see the tickets there (this led me to believe they were affiliated with TM). I did as he advised, but no tickets, when I told him that, he asked if I could log onto my mobile TicketMaster app, so I downloaded the app but still no tickets. Then he asked if I had given him the wrong email address for the account (huh?, he just confirmed the order and I received three emails already), but he insisted he needed a different email address in order to find the tickets (again, huh?). I challenged him on this but he assured me that they could get the tickets to me with another email address. I told him that I had an alternate work email but he said that would not work, so I gave him an ancient Hotmail account that I never use. He asked me if there would be anything else, trying to end the call. I told him I wanted to stay on the line with him until I saw my tickets and he reassured me that their team was diligently working on my order. I finally realized that it was pointless and ended the chat. I logged onto my PayPal account immediately and saw a REOCCURRING charge set up for the $269 on my PayPal account. I opened a case with PayPal and contacted my bank immediately and fortunately, I had taken screenshots of my chat to provide to them showing their deception. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund on this but do not use this company!”
“Paid over $200 for tickets to see Casting crowns in concert and did not receive the tickets until one day after the date of the concert. Reported through PayPal and the BBB and apparently nothing can be done about it.”
