This company's service has been incredibly disappointing. On June 25th, I placed an order for a pair of glasses. Unfortunately, they informed me that the frame I chose was not available. After some back-and-forth, I agreed to order a different frame instead on July 12th. At that time, they assured me that the glasses would be shipped within 10 days. However, here we are on August 4th, and I still haven't received any updates from them. Feeling frustrated, I decided to give them a call again, only to find out that they hadn't even placed the order for the glasses yet. This whole experience has been quite frustrating, and their lack of communication and delay in fulfilling orders are completely unacceptable. I hope they can rectify this situation promptly and provide me with the glasses I ordered or offer an adequate solution to compensate for the inconvenience they've caused.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULANT BEWARE!!! This company is appalling please be aware that they will keep your money even though they are in the wrong! Please read my email to them posted below. I will be posting this message on every review site I can find. I still have not received my refund or any contact from this fraudulent company and my credit card company is now in the process of resolving it for me under section 75 of the credit consumers act. Please read other reviews before using this fraudulent company. Dear sir/madam After numerous telephone conversations to your company asking when I can expect to receive my glasses (I had returned them to you because I could not get on with the varifocals) were finally delivered to my neighbour today 20/08/2022 at 11:35 I collected them at 12:00. I called your company on Monday 15th asking when I can expect to receive my glasses and was told that they would be “posted later that day”. I called again on Tuesday 16th asking if they had been posted because I had not received the email with the tracking number and was told “Yes they have definitely been posted and the tracking number is the same as the original one and I will resend it to you” I did not receive any emails. I have checked the tracking number that is on the delivery envelope and it clearly shows that they were posted on19/08/2022 that was yesterday! As soon as I took them out of the case I could tell that they were not the right lenses they were far too thick and heavy. My Armani glasses that I got from you have only ‘Thin’ lenses and weigh 21 grams my O’Neil sunglasses that you reglazed for me also only have ‘Thin’ lenses weigh 22 grams. The Ralph Lauren glasses that you have just sent to me are supposed to have the Ultra-light lenses and weigh 32 grams! The lenses at the bottom are 3mm thick! That is unacceptable. I returned the glasses to you on Thursday 28//07/2022 and you received them on Monday 31/07/2022. As soon as I saw that they had been delivered to you I called you to explained that I was flying to Canada on 24/08/2022 and asked if you could expedite the order you said “That will be no problem I have written on the order in large letters that this is urgent”. I placed this order on 27/06/2022 this was nearly two months ago I ordered them early because the last time I ordered a frame from you I waited two weeks before calling you only to be told that they were not in stock and the very same thing happened with these frames! You did not tell me that they were out of stock! You had to send out a different coloured frame to get things moving that was two weeks wasted. I should have gone to Vision express I would not have had to make all the phone calls and would not have had all this stress AND I would have a pair of glasses to wear in Canada. Please note that it has taken me over two hours to calm down enough to write this email. I will be calling you on Monday 22nd requesting a returns label and a FULL refund including all postage. AWFUL. DREADFUL. Ordered and paid on 22nd June and chased and chased and chased and chased and now their phone number isn't being answered! Don't waste your money on this bunch of miscreants, they are just useless.

Terrible Company. They sent out the wrong size frames Failed to answer my emails and telephone calls put on hold then cut off. They only responded after I sent the following email. "I have now emailed you SEVEN times and called 3 times re the return of these glasses. If I do not receive a returns number TODAY i will leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and ask my credit cars to start a chargeback. I then received a phone call offering to replace them if I sent them back. I did using a tracked postage and they were delivered yesterday. Today I received a phone call claiming that the frames I had returned were not theirs. Told them that they were correct and 30 mins later got another call telling me that the cloth bag / case was not what they had sent out. Nt interested in the bag or box so requested that they just replace the frames. They refused to replace the unusable frames they had sent out. I had to ask my credit card company to do a charge back and I have also started an online court case. My advice AVOID THEM. There are better companies out there who are much more reliable. If I could give them less than 1 Star I would

NO REFUND RECEIVED! 19/08/2020-19/09/2020 Dear Online Opticians, PLEASE refund monies you are withholding from me. All my earnings are used to pay household bills and to provide for my family. At present I am struggling without a pair of glasses. Due to recent communication breakdown I am unable to trust that you may provid the correct lenses and moreover you have been dishonest regarding my actions, causing doubt and mistrust. Please refund my money as a positive resolution to move forward reassuring future customers that you may provide a better service and be true to your stated guarantee. ................. NO REFUND RECEIVED 19/08/2020-14/09/2020 This company will only respond once you post a review on trustpiolot. This is a recurring theme, please check other reviews with low ratings. It is a very poor show that this company may publish untruthful comments regarding unsatisfied customers in a public forum. 'No glasses and no refund… Very unprofessional and misleading! I have now sent 26 emails, eight telephone calls requesting a refund, negative result! The 30 day refund outlined in the companies' terms and conditions is completely mendacious! As a working professional disabled (keyworker) life already has its obstacles, not being able to see properly is one I could clearly do without right now.😔👓

They took my money, they cancelled my order and do not reply to phone calls or e-mails. No refund to my credit card so I am having to take further steps to get my money back. NEVER use this company
