“Order arrived in good time. Eight items were not available and I received the option of a credit for a future purchase or to have the money returned to my pay pal account. The money was returned promptly which was fine. My feedback to the online pound store is that I would have preferred that the money was returned to the credit card I used to pay for the order (as per my original request). Also not so long ago, delivery was free for purchases over £20, but not anymore. It would be good if delivery was still free over a certain threshold.”

“Paid for 48 hour delivery and my order wasn’t shipped for 5 days. The customer service email address is invalid and no-one ever picks up the phone. When my order was finally shipped I received no notification from the store itself, only from the parcel carrier. The courier used was the wrong one, 48 hour delivery is supposed to be via DPD and my parcel came via Hermes, who are the carrier for the standard delivery. When my parcel arrived, three of the items weren’t even what I ordered, either they weren’t in stock and and the website didn’t reflect that, or whoever picked my order didn’t know what they were looking for and just guessed. All in all, a pretty terrible experience and mostly a waste of money.”

“This has to be the worst by some way the worst online store I have ever used. Paid for item to be delivered in 48hrs which never arrived. Telephone call was greeting with a Hulloo, not who I was speaking to or company name. Explained the problem and blame was put on courier. I was told he would send the item out and I would have it next day, arrived 2 days later only to find it was the wrong item sent...awaiting a promised refund but not holding my breath. All I can say is avoid unless you happy to waste your money.”
