My order arrived promptly and was well packaged. I should have known by the price I paid that the items were not L’occitane as I know it but some Brazilian copy. Not what I expected to receive and a very inferior product! It hasn’t put me off ordering from OPS again, I will just research the products I order in future more thoroughly.

Good range. Known names. However took a long time to arrive and some of products were out of date.

l ordered over £100 worth of goods, including a mystery box for £20.The items in the first both were ok, but the separate mystery box was covered in Dove cream and most things were damaged. l rang to explain and eventually was told to return it and a returns label was supplied. The courier picked the box up but l haven't heard from them since.When l rang l was told 'yes,the box was received and a credit would be returned to my bank and a confirming email supplied. Neither has happened. Very poor customer service.

3 items missing from order, had to chase up refund. Items I had added to basket had disappeared at point of purchase which was very annoying. Waited 10 days for delivery at a cost of £4.95 when p&p used to be free over £20 spend. Will stick to using high street pound stores from now on.

Oct. 5 2017: Had to ring because on-line web site was faulty, placed order No.: #75084 was not informed then that thay did not have them in stock. Oct. 9 2017: Recieved email stating my order through WOOCOMMERCE (above order ref.) system order number 1130198 had been shipped, despatched with Hermes Tracked on 2017 Oct. 05 14:37:59, Tracking number: 1555176214877782 on 2017 Oct. 05 11:22:41. Oct. 10 2017: Try to track delivery time and whereabout and couldn't, rang Online Pound Store again, only to learn that the order had not been despatched in the first place because they didn't have them in stock and would try again for Fri. 13 2017. Not impressed with Online Pound Store and very unlikely to recommend them or ever order anything else. Regards M. Robinson (Mr.)

The products were dirty or discoloured and all pretty much the same, 4 lots of men's hair products, day and night cream, 3 lots of baby nappy cream. I trailed this mystery box due to an online website I follow to have seen some amazing product giveaway (mystery boxes) but overall Im pretty disappointed with everything I received. Especially from people who don't know me or my personal situation I think your products were a little bit of kick in the teeth. I think your products need to be relevant and to most people's likes.

The individual products I ordered were great but the mystery box was awful, dusty products, a dirty vanity case that was once pale pink satin

"I purchased my order 11 days ago that was on the 17th of sept. I recieved\r\nAn email saying it was received on the 20th. I tracked the parcel through the tracking number they provided (they use Hermes). Tracking said it was on the 21st order completed. I was confused so I emailed the store and phoned them as well. They apologised for the confusion for apparently my order hasn\u2019t been dispatched yet and will be with me atleast in\r\nA couple of days. They also replied to one of my emails saying apologies. Two days passed and no parcel yet, so I emailed them just a while ago today to let them know it hasn\u2019t arrived. I cannot review the purchase properly for I don\u2019t have the products yet and it\u2019s taking so long to deliver. Regular deliveries here in the UK takes 2 to 3 days, but 11 days? I think it\u2019s too long. \r\nI will do another review when my order arrives." This is my follow up review. On the 2nd of October I managed to speak to one of their crews. They sent me my package the next day as promised. They apologised for the delay. Two of the items I received were out of stock, they give you £1 voucher for each or they can refund you. Two items missing and one heavily damaged. I phoned them and they refunded the items missing and the damaged item as well. I was quite pleased, so I’m giving them 4 stars due to delivery problems they have.

First time to use this company. Did not have all the items in stock as per there website after ordering online. Promised £9 refund because they could not supply all the items. Still waiting for the refund from a week ago. Will probably not use them again. Mike in Bedford...........

There were no problems with ordering and delivery of the goods was very quick. My only problem was that I received substitutes for two items that were ? out of stock , I did not like the substituted items.

I ordered a mystery box for £20 around 30items, I wasn't expecting lots of great stuff from it, but thought I would get some bath bits etc. But all I seem to have got was stuff worthy to go in the bin, only a handful of ok items, majority of things were dirty, I had a cleaning spray for a car with no lid. Just seemed a waste of money for what I got, would have been better to go into a pound store and spend £20 on items then get 30 items of rubbish.
