“My second order from OPS. Ordered Friday, delivered Wednesday. Great selection of health and beauty products. A Hermes tracking number would be nice to be able to follow parcel, apart from that all good.”

“I love shopping at this store' being able to get the brands for a pound is fantastic value & a great selection of items. the only thing I wish is that you would stock the fructis shampoo & conditioner for colour treated hair. sometimes I can get the one either shampoo or conditioner' but not both. this can be very frustrating as this is the only hair product I use.”

“I bought a couple of bottles of the body oil, a great price and a lovely oil. Really pleased with my purchase, sceptical as I have paid so much more for these products, but I wasn't disappointed with the quality!!!”

“The first time I ordered from here I was disappointed with the condition of the items on arrival. They were ruined covered in oil leaked from the body scrub obviously not checked and packed carefully. When I informed customer service they sent platitudes rather than offering to replace the items. I sent photos as evidence of the damaged goods. I was reticent about ordering again but decided to give them the benefit of doubt. This time no leakages so I was happy. The products themselves are great but initially disappointed with the level of customer service for my first order.”

“well known brands at fantastic prices,have only had one problem which they sorted straight away.Have bought a wide range of goods and been a customer for over a year now.would recommend ,delivery very good and always leaves in my safe place if I.m out.”
