“The site was not user-friendly. Plus, some people received the password email, but TM was covering it. I had to re-send it multiple times to different email addresses. One of our employees completed the test and the dashboard still says incomplete.”

Hi Peter, I'm very sorry to hear that you had problems with the volume while taking the course. The course videos are embedded into our site using one of the most reliable video providers available and it's very uncommon to have this type of issue.
