“The info was good. I liked how the course made the participate feel like part of the team instead of condescending down to them. I would have liked more accident stats: accidents per years of experience would have been nice. Maybe just some more resources of those kinds to use in our own presentations. The narrators THICK Canadian accent was a little much at times - guy sounded like he was right out of Strange Brew”
