“Good evening David and thank you for your note.The experience was very surprising as I feel I got ripped off to be honest. I purchased 2 tests as I was suppose to get 2 certifications, one for my self and one for a co worker who does not have a credit card. At the end your site ended up charging me twice for one test and had to pay a third time for his test. I planed on calling you guys but was not able to find a phone number for you so thank you for reaching out to me and now that you did, I'm hoping you will reverse the over charge.Thank you, -Edgard Hoyeck.”
