Rose ????????”
“After the order had been placed, there was a death in the family of the recipient. The message on the card would have been inappropriate. I called Only Roses and the person who took the call was able to change the message to one of condolence. I really appreciated that.”
“Always extremely happy with the beautiful roses and presentation.
On this occasion I would have preferred to have been informed that the collection was not at the shop I had ordered from.
The previous time I ordered I requested a call to a particular number upon delivery and this did not happen.
I think with a few tweaks the service could be superb.”
“Excellent service. I called at 9am before they opened on Old Brompton road and they kindly took my order when I mentioned I could not call at 10!
Beautiful Roses! Thank you”

“The ladies at the Earls Court branch were very helpful especially Patricia who kindly showed me ready made variations of the bouquets available for purchase. They also took the time to advise me on the different types of roses which I found useful. I've already recommended only roses to friends and colleagues. Great service overall.”
“The employees were very welcoming and friendly. I was very happy to order a vase with 18 roses, and it was delivered to the recipient even earlier than expected. Truly great customer service”
“Your staff are exceptional - always helpful and friendly and your flower arrangements are always outstanding and unique. You seem to have it all spot on and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you :)”
“I bought the infinite quartet from only roses. I usually order my roses from maison de fluers in dubai. But I thought these roses are equal to them. And the service was also very good. I want to thank only roses for their great customer service. I will surely be using them again and I would recommend to anyone who is interested in buying roses.”
