“The flowers didn't look any good (upside down heads 50%) when I saw them in my daughter's house just two days after delivery. The roses should last in very good condition at least for 5 days. The stems looked very poor like thin stems. I am not happy because I ordered very expensive roses (doubled rice because of the Valentine's Day close). I hope this will not repeat any more. I am living across the street and know the quality when buying not on-line. It seems you cannot trust buying the roses on-line. Thanks! :-(”
We are terribly sorry that you have found an issue with the quality of our roses on this occasion. From time to time Roses will develop an air block at the top of the stem which will cause dehydration (Rose Head Drooping). The best advice is to cut and re-cut every few days. This is essential when receiving a bouquet, before transferring into a vase at home.

“I ordered 700 GBP worth of wlowers to be delivered to the same address and the delivery man forgot 1/2 of the order in the truck and only when I called in the evening that it wasn't delivered They said oh yes sorry it is still in the truck, basically if I didn't call it would have never been delivered.

“I bought 60 big sexy roses for my wife's birthday and got a message the day before that you had not got any delivery!
You promised to arrange for similar roses to be delivered but they were clearly smaller and shorter than what I had paid for.
On top of that you delivered 4 vases that were not what I had bought and far too high and far too cramped for 15 stems for the smaller and shorter roses.
I had to go to Moyses Stevens to get it sorted so I will go back there as I am a big 'consumer' of roses!”
We are sorry that you were dissapointed with our service. As soon as we found out our shipment was delayed we phoned and advised that the red roses previously ordered may be slightly different, in order to be able to deliver them, but still red as requested. To apologise for the inconvenience we offered to add more roses at no extra cost.
In regards to the chosen Cylinder vase, it was measured in store and was exactly the height requested but slightly wider, making sure the roses would not be cramped.
The day after the roses were delivered we telephoned to make sure that you were happy with the product and if there was anything else we could do and you informed us that your wife was happy.

“I am really disappointed with the roses that were delivered . I had saved up and spent a lot of money on these roses for my girlfriend as I believed they were the best in london and would last for ages . However after literally a day a couple of roses of died and then after couple of days by yesterday morning they had all died and become all droopy . My girlfriend was particularly upset as she read the manual on how to treat them properly and still they didn't last at all . I am really upset and disappointed about this as I truely believed they were the best .”
