“Today is Saturday, since last Sunday I’ve been getting messages that my packages get delivered today. Every day. And every day in the afternoon when I check the tracking it says “delayed due to weather” and is time stamped 7 hours later (for example I check at 3pm yet the time stamp of the delay status is 10 or 11pm. Which is impossible unless the package is in Iceland). The pack wags are reported to be an hour from my home. For 6 days!!!! The past 2 days the skies have been blue and their roads clear without any restrictions. All week other services have delivered packages up here except for one single day. All, except for OnTrec. What a joke of a company. I can’t believe REI - or any other company for that matter - is using them”

“It's ridiculous how EcoFlow, with its excellent products, chooses such a mediocre delivery company. A company that doesn't even have the most basic customer service. I received a EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Series Portable Power Station (2048Wh) package worth over USD1,000.00 In addition I paid EcoFlow Worry-Free Purchase - USD20.09. This purchase is backed by Seel’s worry-free protection. I paid thinking it would be more secure. With the unpleasant surprise OnTrac, left the equipment in front of my garage without even ringing the doorbell to announce the delivery, as if it were a bread and milk delivery. I opened my garage and couldn't move it because it was too heavy. I am unable to exert myself due to health reasons. The temperature outside was around 14 degrees Celsius. It wasn't until around 7 or 8 at night that I was able to get the package inside with help. If OnTrac is EcoFlow's only delivery option, I certainly won't buy from them again and will consider returning the battery.
It's unfortunate because this is my first purchase with EcoFlow, and the company's image is being affected by a shipping company.”

My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 01/26/2026. No attempt made.
On Tuesday, 01/27/2026, I get an email, stating “an attempt was made to deliver your package, but couldn’t because an Access Code is required”. If person truly attempted to deliver my package to my mobile home/trailer that would have clearly seen that ACCESS CODE WAS NOT REQUIRED!
Why didn’t the delivery make up a lie like wild boars were blocking the driveway or a grizzly bear was sitting on steps so I couldn’t deliver the package????
Then OnTrac wants me to contact them with my ACCESS CODE, So they can attempt to deliver it Wednesday.
No thank you, I have a very low tolerance for liars and lazy people.
I am no longer interested it my package, do not deliver my package, do not step on my property, you are not welcome here.

Im so sad, it's christmas & that's my 2 special needs kids christmas tree. I will never order if they are the ones delivering. Highly disappointed.”

I had an order schedule to be delivered yesterday. It wasn’t. I contact OnTrac this morning. I was told that they had an issue with their delivery system (or something like that) so they weren’t able to deliver it but they reassured me it was out for delivery and would be delivered today. About an hour ago, I contacted them again. This time, I am told that there was a delivery attempt but the driver couldn’t find a safe place to leave the package. That is an ABSOLUTE LIE. I was home ALL day. No one rang the doorbell. No delivery attempt. Now, I have to wait 1-2 business days for my order to be delivered. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. I am so very frustrated and upset.
Don’t have your packages delivered by them. Go with FedEx or UPS.”

“What a terrible business this is! They made me feel that I was lying about not receiving my package! Absolutely zero help from them. Walmart had to refund me! I requested Walmart Customer service to put a note on my account to not send anything to me using ontrack. When you treat people like this, it isn’t long until you’re no longer in business. I placed an order on Nike.com, which was shipped through the OnTrac delivery company. They have no proof that my order was delivered—no photo, no signed delivery confirmation, nothing. During the conversation with customer support, after I asked for any kind of proof, the agent (Lyn) told me they had nothing and then left the chat.”
