“Ordering a packaged set is an annoying experience. In both instances I have received notifications post-ordering that items aren't available and have been removed from the order. I don't understand why they are available for order if you cannot supply them, or placed on back order for later delivery like every single other company does.”

“I am trying the platinum shakes, hoping to lose weight so I don't need weight-loss surgery. Been on them for 2 weeks so far not lucky with weight loss. I think you guys should develop an app for us to keep track of our progress with helpful advice etc. Optifast have one which I used while on theirs it was crap but had some helpful hints, just a suggestion can't always go on FB support page.”
“It's unfortunate that what is marketed as "vanilla" flavor doesn't taste of vanilla & all the Optislim vanillas are so different. Manshake is quite edible but vanilla it is not, but not too sweet. Platinum vlcd is a little too sweet more like a regular milkshake. Optislim vlcd is probably the best as the sweetness is in the middle of the others and the vanilla flavor is quite good. French vanilla is OK but again slightly too sweet but a more decadent flavor.”
