“Have just started on my weight loss journey with Optislim, I have tried other brands and really didn’t like the taste or texture, I actually like the Optislim flavours so far. I also am finding it easy to follow and and not feeling too hungry. The booklet that came with the box of sachets is handy particularly with the healthy snacks, it’s very clear in the snack portion size such as 14 almonds or 15 rice crackers etc which I find a lot easier then just guessing the size or having to weigh out portions. Overall I am happy with product at this early stage”
