“I’ve been using optislim for her for 2 weeks and so far have lost 2kg. Keeping in mind I follow the diet during the week with shakes and small snacks and on weekends have just monitored how much I’ve eaten making meals smaller. The taste is overall fine better than other shake I’ve tried and the consistency is thin when blended if left too long gets thicker. I’ve felt more energy since starting shakes and also feel full after each one,this definitely helps me with craving/eating other foods when not needed.
