“Optislim For Her and Optislim platinum plus are both ones I use mainly because they're not so sweet as the regular Optislim flavours. Chocolate seems to be my preference although vanilla in OPP is fine. To make thicker consistency I add frozen mango or fresh banana plus ice. Optislim platinum plus less sugar content which is favourable. However I find with both Optislims I prefer I need to use my nutribullet to get smooth mix. Price point is good and competitive.”
