“The customer service from Orbit has been excellent and they delivered my canvas very quickly. There is a slight crease in the middle of the canvas but I need it for a Christmas gift so I will overlook it. The colours are good and although the quality of the image I provided wasn't great, the overall image on the canvas looks good.”

“The finished product was very good. The only downside to your company is your 0845 phone number which isn't a local call number and also it was very hard to get through to you on some occasions.”

“Brilliant service. I got a canvas done and was recommended by orbit to enlarge or picture quality wouldn't be as good. Although had trouble contacting via phone email response was brilliant and delivered very quickly. Will buy from here again x”

“Have used this company four times now. Results have generally been spectacular. Colour reproduction vG except for reds which turned out quite dull compared to original. Maybe a tech fault with this colour. On recent batch one frame was cracked giving a loose canvas. I fixed this myself and canvas looks good. Pity about the red”

“Competitive prices, good service, great quality & speedy service. Really pleased with my canvas. Only reason for 4 stars & not 5 is that I wanted a gallery format but my print wasn't compatible but I wasn't told that before my canvas arrived. It would've been better to avoid a slight disappointment.”

“The quality of prints from orbit print are excellent. The delivery however is not. We had massive problems with a recent order where uk Mail were delivering to the wrong place. These flyers were needed promptly for an event we are holding. The customer service for uk mail is abysmal and after delivering our goods nearly a week late they just closed our case. No apology, no explanation. Orbit you are great but keep an eye on your deliveries. Stu”
