“Good quality photo, a gift for my mum she was delighted. Only downside was tracking the parcel it was very confusing. However the photo arrived when stated.”

“Ordering was quick and easy on line. Canvas arrived earlier than expected, and followed instructions for delivery. Very happy with the quality of the print. I did order in addition a hanging kit. Not suitable for the size of the canvas, too weak; so relieved I tested its strength before hanging on the targeted wall..if I hadn't it would have fallen off the wall and caused damage. Otherwise very happy.”

“Very impressed with the quality of the print I ordered, and the faster than expected delivery. My only negative comment is that there was no provision for hanging the print and the centre bar to the frame meant that it required two fixing points on the wall which made leveling rather tricky. A routed centre slot, even as an extra-cost option, in the top of the frame would have eliminated this problem and been much appreciated by me. Overall, good value though.”

“I've used Orbit a number of times and have never been disappointed with the quality of the product I've received...........but you need to improve your packaging of your larger prints. My last 2 orders have had larger canvas's in and when received packaging was damaged and with corners exposed, thankfully not sure how but the frames and prints were fine. Keep up the great work but improve the packaging. :)”

“Bought some canvas prints during the sale and am really happy with them. They're great quality and arrived quickly with no delivery charge. However I would say the packaging could have been better. There wasn't much protection, it wasn't marked fragile and the box they were in was pretty battered with a hole in it. It was only luck that the canvases inside hadn't incurred any damage. It would be 5 stars if the packaging was actually protective.”

“Very reasonable price and very quick delivery. The canvus looks great apart from being slightly loose to the frame. Therefore dips in slightly in the middle. Could of done with being a little bit tighter fit to the frame. Otherwise looks great on my wall. thank you”

“My fault I didn't send the picture to be printed when I paid for my order. Would have been better if they could have told me if the picture had arrived when I asked? I kept sending the picture because I didn't know if it had arrived with them? Not very good with IPad orders.... bit it seemed to have been activated Ok and it arrived at my daughter in laws home on Wed when they said it would! Haven't seen the picture myself to gauge the quality of it as my son and wife live 4 hrs away from us? Thank you for your help.”

“Overall I am more than happy with the service provided especially as the print came earlier than expected. I have a small criticism and it is a small criticism but the print came in a plain cardboard box which was great as it was a Christmas present unfortunately it also came with a label on the outside showing the exact picture the box contained and my wife who the present was for took in the delivery. Any other time of the year this probably isint a problem and im sure there is a reason this label is there but like I said it's a small criticism and maybe something to think about in the future. Having said that I am really pleased with the print and your service. Thanks.”
