“Great canvas prints good price reasonable price, but very disappointed in how it was shipped in some old amazon box, very odd”

“I just love the canvas i got but i ordered another one and im having a lot of bother with my most recent order iy ssys its to big and asked me to do another one so i rrordered as i didnt know how to do it so iv still not got it it was a present so om dissappointed also o phoned 3 yimes andit kept ringing out i felt i might have got the help i needed but not to be its still not sorted out and thats it shut for yhe holidays so iv paid twice for the same canvus and iv not got it yet will they be a refund back in my account”

“This is the third time I have ordered from Orbit Print and while the product is very good, the packaging is not, a single layer of fine bubble wrap and a cobbled together box sealed with brown tape, its a real shame as this final stage lets the side down, if compared with the packing from Photobox the difference is huge, as a customer I would be quite happy to pay a little extra to have my product packaged with care.”

“Three of the four tablemats were OK but one was printed back to front. Tried to contact them. Their phone number was engaged 24 hrs a day for over a week and they did not respond to emails. I did eventually get a reply to an email and the issue was then fixed promptly - but they do need to make it easier for people to contact them.”
