“I contacted Oricom as I had purchased a faulty item. The customer service was prompt, polite and decisive. I had a replacement product provided to me within a week and returned the faulty item back to Oricom (reply paid). I have no hesitation in recomending this company.”

“I have had to deal with Oricom twice due to a fault of my own making (not updating firmware ona camera). Both time Oricom went above and beyond to attempt to rectify the issue. When the fix didn't work they again excelled vy replacing the camera with a new and refurbished camera respectively. Great Camera, Great night vision for monitoring restless infants and absolutely flawless customer service.”

Marilyn who assisted me was extremely helpful as she professionally guided me through the proces and deserves full credit and recognition for her personal and friendly attitude. “Thanks Meryl you solved my issue with the programming step by step and did it remotely. The product is excellent in quality as I have been using it but couldn't get the camper involved. Why would you look at any other TPMS with reviews they have and a back up service second to any. Meryl your are a star”
