“Quite disappointed with the jerky. I was really looking forward to receiving my order. Flavour was just not there for me. I thought that the texture and mouth feel were not great either. I didn't realise there'd be so much sugar in it.”

“I am sorry to say I would only rate these products as poor. I really love jerky and was excited to receive the sample pack with so many different products to try. Sadly. I did not find one item that stood out. I eat a lot of home made jerky’s and have found the flavours superior almost everytime. I am glad I only spent $10 odd to experience this product and it’s range. Sorry.”
“I ordered the mix pack to try all flavours, was only sent 5 and they doubled up on flavours I dis like. They should have asked what ones I wanted doubles on if they had stock issues on all flavours.
Jerky itself is very average, lacks flavour.”
“The jerky was insanely hard to chew, had little to no flavour I was pretty disappointed considering I’ve seen the hype around this, I had maybe one or two good pieces on both of my packets but the rest was just unenjoyable as I said they were rock hard”

“I eat a lot of jerky from different companies and I will say it is tasty but it is just too hard, its like trying to chew pieces of brick. I know jerky has to be dried and such but man this product of yours, I nearly broke my teeth. not a fan. sorry”
“Not your fault but Australia Post did not hand me the package upon delivery. They placed it in my letterbox on a 38 degrees day and when I opened the packages the meat weren't juicy they were rock hard dry and crumbly. As I said not your fault. Little disappointed as Australia Post sent me message saying package would arrive and a signature required otherwise could be picked up at post office. But other than that your products are as expected great flavours”
“The Beef tasted exactly as it describes. Having every flavour blend together was terrific. However I ordered with a special coupon that applies a free pack of Jerky. The order was late so they said they'll throw in another free pack for the delay. I only recieved 1 pack of free Jerky counting all of them together. I should get 2 free packs from the delay & coupon. Very disappointing and what is worse is that I tried to contact them via the Email and the email did not go through on multiple re-attempts! Bad customer service but the Jerky is 5/5.”
“The postage was quick, website easy to navigate. But I did not like the product. It was tough, the BBQ one was overbearing in taste. I don’t think I will be purchasing anymore.”
“After all the hype and sitting through smoko I figured it must of been something special but when I received and try my jerky and was very disappointed with most of the flavours that is was just tasting plain beef and that’s not what expected I thought I would be full of flavour but a real disappointment
