“Beautiful, amazing, and great jerky. Can’t fault the product at all. I definitely recommend this jerky! So, why not 5 stars? Delivery is nearly always slow, for some reason Australia Post tracking used by Beef Chief doesn’t work as well as with other home delivery suppliers, and stock, while ensuring product freshness, lags demand slightly, which means ordering mixed value packs can get tricky.”
“I loved the texture and flavour of 3 of the jerkys. the one I was looking forward to the most was salt and vinegar And that was a big let down. Nothing like explained or in the pictures, totally false advertising. There was hardly a taste of salt or vinegar, it tasted like plain beef. The biltong I enjoyed more than the jerky but again the lemon flavour I could not taste the lemon. Apart from that I loved all your products. My favourite was Chili lime jerky”

“It's all in the teeth I guess! Like having the gnashers for dining on your chosen bag, pouch or whatever size of jerky you decided to engage with.
But if you still have your original set of pearlies then you stand a pretty good chance of knocking it off on the quick. Now me I have a replacement set of plastics, chewing takes a tad longer as the Jerky texture takes a little more effort to get juicy if you know what I mean, but darn good when it does. So, after fanging most Beef Chief samples with the exception of the Chili range (I know when it’s in my interests to quit) I have ordered right on top of my last order 2 Salt and Vinegar Beef Jerky × 500g and a Bulk Biltong Mixed Pack × 1kg. If I find a chili pack among the mixed Biltong then I will share it to my mates, if not stuff me mates!

“Everything is great, apart from the Creeping Reaper jerky, it needs a bit more seasoning as all you can taste is the chilli and not a lot of anything else.
We love the Gunpowder, it taste like real Kompot peppers. I love the biltong.”
