“It's all in the teeth I guess! Like having the gnashers for dining on your chosen bag, pouch or whatever size of jerky you decided to engage with.
But if you still have your original set of pearlies then you stand a pretty good chance of knocking it off on the quick. Now me I have a replacement set of plastics, chewing takes a tad longer as the Jerky texture takes a little more effort to get juicy if you know what I mean, but darn good when it does. So, after fanging most Beef Chief samples with the exception of the Chili range (I know when it’s in my interests to quit) I have ordered right on top of my last order 2 Salt and Vinegar Beef Jerky × 500g and a Bulk Biltong Mixed Pack × 1kg. If I find a chili pack among the mixed Biltong then I will share it to my mates, if not stuff me mates!

“Everything is great, apart from the Creeping Reaper jerky, it needs a bit more seasoning as all you can taste is the chilli and not a lot of anything else.
We love the Gunpowder, it taste like real Kompot peppers. I love the biltong.”
“Loved my last order of Jerky from Original Beef Chief but this order of different packs I received for Xmas was a little disappointing so only giving 4 stars. There were too many tough gristly sinew bits that I had to throw as they were just muscle and couldn’t be chewed, it’s to be expected to have a few bits like that but there was quite a few in the various packs and one piece was really big as seen in the pic.”
“Have ordered from the Chief multiple times and usually outstanding quality, however latest order included cuts that were way too big and flavours that tasted different to their usual flavour in not the best way, most noticeably Ragin Cajun.”

“I've always loved and had no problems with previous orders.
It was a bit disappointing that many larger sizes were out of stock, so had to buy 2 smaller packets for a greater cost, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Most of the products have arrived lovely as always, however the S&V sachets are clumped together in squidgy piles that won't separate. Looks as though there was moisture in the flavouring packet, thus it won't sprinkle or shake apart to spread over the jerky.
Otherwise, lovely jerky and biltong as always.”
“I paid no heed to the warnings and it was very peppery 😂. Still enjoyable though but next time I’ll get a more mild flavour. I loved that it was in dried bite sized chunks”
