“I purchased a trucker hat and stubby cooler after watching a video by Isaac Butterfield. I received the cooler in a few days but the hat was missing and I was charged for both items. I tried contacting Beef chief using the contact page on their website twice but no one has gotten back to me. A good cause ruined by dodgy customer service.”
“Spent quite a bit of money on 4 packets of jerky to realise on arrival I had ordered 3 packets of salt and vinegar seasoning not salt and vinegar jerky like I thought I had ordered. Sorry can’t really give much of a review as I didn’t get to try it 😂”
“Beef was actually better than the supermarket brands. The quality was better but when I received my salt and vinegar flavouring (the sachet) not sure if it’s meant to be powdery but it was like small little clumps of rocks. Didn’t really coat the beef properly and honestly tasted like sh*t. Good potential but not for me. Ended up throwing it out. Lucky I only purchased one 30g packet. Probably wouldn’t purchase again and I won’t recommend. Don’t want any negative feedback coming my way! Cheers”
