“Quick and easy to make a purchase but your freight cost to New Zealand is horrendous $47 dollar’s for a little $30 dollar stubbie antenna.
I have and do buy a fair bit of stuff through the MX store online over there and a lot of the time it basically free and only takes 3-4 days maybe you guys should have a chat to them or not. Cheers”
“The gaugues i received are great,change colour and doesn't look bad, the mould for them however is a bit disappointing for the price, they feel really weak and low quality. The base and the 2 seperate gaugue holders are different textures and slightly different colours which makes it almost needed to be repainted. Also then was sent a email after i bought it about an additional part that was required, then had to spend more to get the right adapter, it didn't state clearly that i needed an extra part, which just let me down a bit”
“Mats were a poor fit,and expected the colour to be black as the vehicle interior and photo on your web page and we’re grey ,what is my options please”
“The fitment for my radiator cap on my VF doesnt fit due to having a Harrop OTR fitted. If only i knew, i could have requested for a small outer diameter fitting.”
“Had full tracking all the way, everything was cheaper than next competitor. Both gauges i got seem ok when received, pod mount seemed like it has been opened already? packaging was barely closed and everything loose so hoping everything is ok with my products. Being installed in a couple weeks so if there are any issues ill be in contact.”

“First time used this compony, excellent delivery, ordered 11.55PM on a Wednesday, antenna delivered 12.32PM following Friday, just over 36 hours free delivery, cannot ask for better service and price than that, also easy tracking, however, a little disappointed that the antenna is a multi fit item and not made specifically for my make and model as company name and order form suggests as comes with several different screw sizes, not sure why company is called Original Parts group when when their products are aftermarket with multi fit components.”
“I found service from original parts group quick and efficient. However I ordered the wrong mats and wanted to return them for a refund. I was told no because it was outside of some 30 day purchase policy of which I was NOT aware of... thats 179.00 down the drain and now I have to try and recoup the money by selling them privately. To say im disappointed is an understatement.”
