“This probably won’t make it to the list, but for what it’s worth, they don’t tell you it is on back ordered until after you place your order. It takes forever to get anything that is on back order. Also, seems like anytime I order, something is out of stock. A company of this size shouldn’t have things out of stock. It’s almost like when you order something, then they try to source it. I will definitely be checking out a different vendor”
“I was missing a part in my order I contacted customer service they denied an issue. I wanted to return the small item with 2 part numbers on it. I believe 2nd part was missing and asked for a shipping label and was denied the return label.”
“I purchased a pair of hood brackets on 11/18/2023 from them ..that day they billed my Paypal account.....NOT HEARING FROM THEM NOTHING! ...I reached out to them by phone 12/03/23 and they said its on backorder and I should be getting my parts VERBALLY by the middle of December.....NOTHING! .... Dec 19th I get ANOTHER BACKORDER NOTICE but has a different order number for the same part (with a fishy little notice "we don't bill credit card until the backorder is filled "WHICH THEY DID THAT DAY!)
THEY SAID THEY NEEDED 21 DAYS TO RETURN MONEY AFTER CANCELLING (when they were'nt supposed to bill until backorder was filled!!) ....ITS BEEN NOW 45 days!!!
I told them this was inconvenient and I should be given a coupon off for future purchase for any amount if their going to tie up my money since November 2023 until late February 2024!....TIGHT WADS OFFERED ME NOTHING!....5 BUCKS WOULD PROBABLY BROKE THESE JERKS?

“To be honest these chairs I bought are a pin in your description you say these chairs fit ford cars universally so you have to buy the rails separately which should be explained and you have no good feedback on how to get around the air bag sensor light turning off because they don’t come with airbags either or suggest sensor restrictors, and if i cant get rid of this dash light im sending back my orders”
“Ordered R badges for my Volkswagen... Cheapest plastic badges I've ever seen. Edges where a lot thicker than the originals (yeah original parts group sells fake parts...)
The badges came all scratched. Ordered a grille badge and a trunk badges, different prices, exactly the same product.

“Not sure why & surely you guys have used Australia Post in the past, & I would have thought you have had past reviews like the one I’m writing. But I ordered these parts on the 5th May and my tracking is telling me I SHOULD receive by the 26th June.
It’s really not good enough & my question to your business is “ why use Australia Post”?”
