“I’m very happy, however the system for booking shifts is going to be very difficult for me because shifts are not approved straight away. Although I might book a shift and leave it there for days and days waiting for approval, in the meantime I get a shift somewhere else that’s guaranteed, I’m afraid I just cancel the pending shift on Orka and accept a shift that I actually know I’m going to work. The shifts are plenty, but you just can’t get them.”

You need to get shift like 6 to 6 or 7 to 7 or 8 to 8 not like you have 3 or 4 hours shift. And shift should be everyday available. I mean everyday work.”
“So far have enjoyed working for orka works the main issue is vetting it very intrusive and took a long time before anything was done had issue with there maps need a bit of work it say 37 miles and it 57miles so sometimes the work is to far from where u actually live but on the whole it a good company pay on time need to improve on getting more jobs avil communication is good with management.”
“During the shift the notification from Orka is not very effective and can be easily missed while focusing on other important work related requirements, hourly check calls will be more helpful to do in my opinion.”
