I love my socks. The price was fair and free delivery was great. Fortunately the product is so good that I’ve not needed to return anything,

I ordered the wrong item; it was the men's version of the slipper I wanted. A return slip was already in the box, pre-paid; which made the return seamless. The correct item arrived promptly. I purchased mine during a sale, so the price was lower; however, these slippers are well worth the extra money. They will last years because they are so well made. I'm wearing them now, and my feet give them two big toes up!

Purchased shoes I never received. Can't contact anyone, just get auto reply with offer of discounts. PayPal says the company gave them proof of delivery, so no refund from them. Asked PayPal to send me the proof of delivery they received from company. Should have read reviews first. Sorry I trusted Paypal to vet the vendors they service. At least they don't have my credit card info. WHAT A SCAM!

I have not had any interactions with customer service and returns as yet, but delivery is via FEDEX and expedient. I do have a concern over cheap materials, i.e. plastic zippers on boots and the insole pads which tend to crush after a month or two of wear. Why is Orthofeet not using metal zippers in their products? Broken zippers cause shoes to fail necessitating repair.

Shoes shipped on a slow boat from China, took 2.5 months, (2 pair), neither fits, returns an issue, company offers 25% and keep the shoes. Or pay shipping to return to China(unknown). Obviously, misrepresented. If you order, receive them, and are satisfied, so be it. If you need to return, FORGET IT!

I have lymphoedema and my one foot swells. The extra side attracted me but when received it’s nut really that wide. Tory advertise free returns but charge a $5 restocking fee. Dumb! It’s nit electonics it’s shoes! Never again!

Multiple emails sent for a refund as my item never arrived They are just ignoring all of my emails Absolutely awful company, disgusting. Royal mail stated they would compensate the company so I don't understand why ignore customers like this

The pair of Orthofeet sandals hurt my toes. Since I went pass the 60 days by a couple of days, they refused to take the sandals back and give me a credit or a refund. I was could not use the shoes since they hurt my toes and in their customer service. Will not buy shoes from them again.

Bottom line: They received the shoes, it was taking way too much time for them to refund me & was tired of hearing their lame/B.

Purchased a pair of ortho 640. A year ago. Wore them 12 times, and then they sat in the closet. They fit great 4ww 9.5. The leather upper's turned to what I call alligator skin. I believe people pay for that look, I was not happy. Called customer service, no help, not even a discount for a new pair W/O leather uppers. Pictures below.
