“
I love my socks. The price was fair and free delivery was great. Fortunately the product is so good that I’ve not needed to return anything,

I ordered the wrong item; it was the men's version of the slipper I wanted. A return slip was already in the box, pre-paid; which made the return seamless. The correct item arrived promptly. I purchased mine during a sale, so the price was lower; however, these slippers are well worth the extra money. They will last years because they are so well made. I'm wearing them now, and my feet give them two big toes up!

“
Love my slippers. I have high arches and need extra support since I wear my slippers almost all the time around the house. Also I found the return policy to be very easy using happy returns at a nearby store. I did have to exchange them for a half size smaller than my normal shoe size. But these are perfect.

Orthofeet has been very good about returns and the shoes have been consistently comfortable and well-made. I would give a 5-star rating, but the are made in China. Their site says an American company. I called them and asked why my shoes say made in China. They are made in China and then shipped to Orthofeet. I want American-made products!

I have not had any interactions with customer service and returns as yet, but delivery is via FEDEX and expedient. I do have a concern over cheap materials, i.e. plastic zippers on boots and the insole pads which tend to crush after a month or two of wear. Why is Orthofeet not using metal zippers in their products? Broken zippers cause shoes to fail necessitating repair.

Multiple emails sent for a refund as my item never arrived
They are just ignoring all of my emails
Absolutely awful company, disgusting.
Royal mail stated they would compensate the company so I don't understand why ignore customers like this

“
The pair of Orthofeet sandals hurt my toes.
Since I went pass the 60 days by a couple of days, they refused to take the sandals back and give me a credit or a refund.
I was could not use the shoes since they hurt my toes and in their customer service.
Will not buy shoes from them again.

“
Bottom line: They received the shoes, it was taking way too much time for them to refund me & was tired of hearing their lame/B.
”

The insoles wear very quickly and they cost half the price to replace! The customer service rep was a snotty lady and wouldn't listen to my concerns.
