“Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
They used to be amazing — truly unique, great quality, and honest. I was one of their biggest supporters, owning about 70% of their collection since 2022 when they first launched on Etsy and Google. Then they opened a store in NYC, which closed in less than six months, probably because the quality just couldn’t live up to NYC standards. I was so sad when it closed.
But honestly, that’s nothing compared to what’s been happening since late 2024. The quality has dropped fast, and when people try to share honest feedback in their group chat, they get banned instead of heard.
I just received three pairs of Remi pants today, i bought the whole collection again, okay? Lol. You’d think they’d appreciate loyal customers! Their ads say 65% polyester blends rayon and spandex, but what I got was 95% polyester. I compared it to the same pant I bought in early 2024 ( look in the photo) it’s totally different. Basically paying luxury prices for cheap nylon.
It’s really disappointing because ORTTU used to stand for something real. Now it feels like they’ve lost their way, and ever since Artem the young designer took over, it seems more about profit than passion, soooo greedy. The quality now is honestly worse than SHEIN or Forever 21.
Be careful, don’t pay for what’s advertised if you’re not getting what you agreed to. I truly miss the old ORTTU.”
“Great clothing, and nice designs. Wearing the outfits makes you feel a million dollars. The only problem is they overcharge for their overseas customers. For example, a nice top at $42.00 would convert at exchange rate to £33.25, but as a UK customer you will be charged £60.00. For this price there are no import duties, and the US says no export duties. They do not charge shipping which maybe they should as transparency, rather than leaving customers feeling they are being ripped off! I would rather see a cost of shipping rather than pay twice the price for every item. Shame this is how they treat overseas customers as they could grow the brand.”

“Horrendous customer service online. Fedex returned my order to sender due to damage. Company took multiple days of prodding to send me the order and when it arrived I realized they had just re-boxed the damaged pants and sent them to me again. After I complained and returned the pants they then tried to blame the damage on me!”

My sizes if it helps somebody: have size S on tops, 181 cm height, 73kg, slim shoulders but with a big chest (104cm). Great style!”

The size chart on the website is accurate. It indicated that I should order up one size from my regular purchases and that was true for the Star Neck Shirt. The fit is perfect and looks great on.
The Naoki Couture Short Jacket, however, is supposed to be a fits all sizes piece. It is MUCH shorter than it appears on the website pictures, almost too short. And the cut is so baggy that I will have to have it tailored. Quite disappointed in this piece based on the high price.”
