“Horrendous customer service online. Fedex returned my order to sender due to damage. Company took multiple days of prodding to send me the order and when it arrived I realized they had just re-boxed the damaged pants and sent them to me again. After I complained and returned the pants they then tried to blame the damage on me!”

We understand and acknowledge that our old return system was definitely more cumbersome (and slow!) than it should ever be.
That's why we completely changed it around and it is now an amazingly easy, fast, and convenient process for our customers (both US and INTL). I'm sorry that you were caught on the old end of things.
