I registered my new $1000 rod on their online portal and lo and behold my first trip out I fund the end eyelet wasn't even glued on. I reached out and even though I registered the rid through their portal they dont have record. You're supposed to have a new rod piece in 5 days but they are having a difficult problem even getting me an email response in 2 days. Last Orvis product I will ever buy.”

“do not shop here - Pea coat cost over £250 and buttons are not sown on straight, they had the check to ask me to return which cost £15 in postage which i am still waiting for, and they said they would send a new one which was delivered to the wrong address, so they said they would send another - still waiting - been five weeks now and winter will be over before it arrives”
