“I ordered a camera manual with ring binding 2.5 weeks ago. The payment was taken out of my bank the same day, but I haven't got my manual. What is annoying me most about this situation is that I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out if this is a normal timescale to send to Spain. No phone number on the website. I did find one on an older website for Old Timer cameras, but it doesn't exist anymore. The address is a PO Box, so cannot trace the phone number from there and the "email" is just a form to complete on their website. Have written twice but no answer. I would not recommend this company who say they have been trading for a long time. Maybe they were better with quill and pen and carrier pigeons.”
