“This is an update from my previous review of 1 star. After my last review, the company did contact me by email. Not a form letter this time.They asked me to give it acouple more days,then if necessary they would send me another book. I finally got it today, making it 21 days to get here. That is why I gave it 4 stars. They told me 10 days. The book has a nice sized letter size and looks like it will be just what I need to help me set up my new phone. Bottom line: yes I would recommend OTC Ltd. Just have a little more patience than I did.”
“I have camera manuals printed with a spiral binding making it easier to use. I have had a number of cameras and hence ordered a number of manuals all very quickly responded to and posted pdq by thyis company.
My last order came with the tag 'COPY' in large capital print in the middle of every page. I hadn't had this previously and queried it. It was for a canon camera and they dont have a license hence the overwrite. This needs to be made clearer if the customer is ordering a canon manual.”
