“I recently hired a car from the Dulwich branch, and my experience has note been great. I also received a Penalty Charge Notice for a violation that occurred when I wasn't even driving the car!
A few months after returning the car, I received a letter from the company notifying me of a PCN. The violation occurred on a day when I had already returned the vehicle. Despite providing evidence that I was not the driver at the time, the company did absolutely nothing!
The customer service was atrocious. Each representative I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting that the fine was my responsibility. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was told they would have called me later.
It's clear that the company doesn't care about their customers. Their handling of this situation was unprofessional and unfair as I found myself in debt in something I haven’t done and an enforcement to my place has been arranged due in a few days. I will never hire a car from them again. This experience has been a complete disaster.”

The company is operating like cowboys.
They will take a big margin on your “rent to buy” car.
Once you are tied up with them for 3 or 4 years anything goes!
You have to get the repair from their garage, they will put you on a courtesy vehicle for ages because they charge the insurance- might request cash payment, no invoice no prove of part ordered or work being conducted.
They literally left my EV on flat battery for weeks. Gave me back the car with a battery to change and a broken speaker. I have heavily complained - it had so little effect that the following time they left my car on flat battery again.
DO NOT GET CLOSE TO THEM!”

The attendants did not believe the test and went to question the instructor.
