“I bought a reel 15 days ago you happily took my money, promised me 2 - 5 days delivery and 15 days later it still isn’t here and no idea when it will arrive! That’s despite me regularly contacting u about it. Put the crappy reviews up on your website as well as the one that say it arrived 15 minutes after I ordered it.”

“Otto's customer service is fantastic. Great range and excellent service. Delivery with Auspost and StarTrack is fantastic. Although I've only recently started buying from them, there service and delivery has been impeccable. I won't wast my time and money elsewhere anymore.”

“Goods delivered ok and well packaged. Slow to have the order shipped when compared to other online retailers. After a few days of little action I followed up via email on order processing, advised one of the ordered items was out of stock, order actioned processed and sent promptly from there. Not an amazing first experience.”

“I bought two Daiwa fishing rods from zottos Tackle World. I will be using them tomorrow so can't honestly give a review on the rods. I can say, Otto's Tackle World processed the order and dispatched it in double quick time. I was blown away by how fast the rods arrived. They were well packaged, the packaging was damaged but the rods were pristine. I'm about to order some Daiwa 21Saltist MQ reels from them. I think this will be my got to store. I'm very impressed.”
