“Online oder is very quick & easy. For local delivery, it is very fast. Put your order early in the morning and will get it 2-3 days later ( for Sydney local ). Good range of products as well. “I purchased a reel and also I purchased expensive Rod, next day Ott's Tackle owner called me and said; mate we will be reducing the price for the road you purchased. I feel it would be right thing to do if I offered the price reduction for you as well. Whats an honest bloke. The rod arrived 2 days after I paid for it on Otto's web sit. It was packet in bubble wraps and rigid cartoon box. I will be buying more gear from Otto's.”

“The products and prices are great. I called up for advice and was treated very well by a knowledgeable person. But what was disappointing was that after I placed my order I called the same day and asked that both my reels to be spooled up with the suggested lines. I was told that I'd be sent a separate invoice for the loading. I called a couple of days later and was told that the reels were already spooled and in the box. Shipping was slow because of the virus and when the shipment finally came the reel were not loaded. I never received a invoice so no loss but I was sad that there was no follow through”
