“I recently purchased some items on the website for a Christmas present. However when I had received the parcel there was both damage and missing parts to some items. I quickly rang to explain that these were not damaged on transit but packed that way as both the broken pieces and missing part were not in the main bag. The team at Otto’s Tackle World were very friendly and extremely helpful to quickly fix the problem. I will be recommending them to friends and family as well as future shopping there myself. There customer service is exceptional. Well done to Otto’s Tackle World.”

“Found this store online whilst searching for my first fishing equipment for my daughter. Excellent range of stock at competitive prices. Fast delivery even in the busy Christmas period. Parcels arrived well packaged and products were safe and undamaged. I had a query with something so sent an email which was responded to incredibly quickly and my query resolved with that one email. Fantastic service from start to finish, couldn't be happier.”
