“I have only purchase a small amount online from Otto's, mostly fishing gear. There delivery dates are pretty spot on. I have contacted them a couple of times with minor problems, these minor problems were rectified very quickly. The staff member I spoke to today was very helpful. I would rate there service 9 1/2 OUT OF 10”

“GREAT store! The barbershop quartet gatherings behind the front counter by the staff are off putting though. All those combined years of experience and they seem content huddling each other sipping tea and bickies whilst telling tales. Felt like we were interrupting them, awkward and unpleasant.....”
