“I live in remote WA and internet shopping is important. I have used another Internet Tackle provider for some time but found that their orders became increasingly incomplete with Back Orders that never eventuated. So, I searched and found Otto's and was impressed with the range of products and gave them a try. “The "express"shipping to the USA is slower than expected and very disappointing. The listing stated express 3-7 day delivery with tracking. Been 20 days now and the "tracking" has no updates at all, just the same "in transit" every day. Will it take a month to get my reels??? Totally unacceptable”
